Increasing Project Throughput - One Day Seminar

This is a one-day seminar to introduce students to CCPM concepts.  In the course, students gain new insight into the fundamental nature of projects, learn the key differences between traditional project management and the CCPM approach, and the implementation elements required to deliver projects in less time, on time.
