Critical Chain Follow Through - Four Day Workshop

This four-day workshop is for attendees that have already attended either of the CCPM introduction courses.  In this course, the objective is to develop the plan to launch the new project management process.  The attendees start with a benchmarking exercise, comparing their current practices against best practice to develop an implementation strategy and plan.

From this plan, many of the detailed policies and procedures are developed to manage the change from their current to the desired state.
